S. R. Institution is managed by S R Educational Trust, Bareilly. The Trust is a body of a number of outstanding academicians, educationalists and philanthropists, who strive for the educational advancements of the economically and socially backward sections of the society. As part of the social commitments of the S R Educational Trust, we offer financial help for deserving students by way of scholarships and fee concessions. The Trust’ was registered in the year of 2014, under the ‘Indian Trusts Act of 1882’ . The Trust aims at, promoting good quality education to all the sections of the society, enriching personality development ,character formation and communal harmony.                   Trust starts with the S R Institute Pharmacy in year 2014 with Diploma Course. S.R. Institute of Pharmacy offers a 2 Year & 4 year courses named D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) & B.Pharma (Bachelor in Pharmacy) respectively.The institute is provided with the latest infrastructure, equipments and we have put highly qualified dedicated teachers so that the best can be offered to our students. Our aim is to help our students to develop and intelligent mind with analytical ability so that they always remain in the fore front in whatever pursuit they undertakes. In short our aim is to create a top class institute of pharmacy that will trains future and to meet the demands of pharmaceutical industry. 
                 Further S.R. Paramedical Institute, Bareilly was established in the year 2022, under S.R. Educational Trust the college presently offers under graduate and Diploma courses in Nursing namely, B.Sc, Nursing (4 Years), G.N.M (3 Years) and D.P.T. (2 Years). the courses offered are recognized by the State Nursing accrediting bodies that are the Indian Nursing Council (INC) New Delhi and Affiliated by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council, Lucknow.
